Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect through our website and products, and how we use it.
Last updated August 1, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how BARONX LTD collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use the OXTON platform (the “Services”). It does not cover operational data your organization processes through the Services — that data is governed by your order form and our Data Processing Addendum.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide — account details, billing contacts, support requests, and information submitted through our contact form.
- Information collected automatically — device information, log data, and usage patterns when you interact with our website or product dashboards.
- Information from third parties — such as identity verification or billing providers we work with to deliver the Services.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To communicate with you about updates, security notices, and support requests.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Data retention
We retain account and billing information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Following account deletion, your data is retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, after which it is permanently removed. You can request deletion of your account information at any time by contacting support@baronx.co.uk.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@baronx.co.uk. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based access controls across our infrastructure.
8. International transfers
We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to safeguard information transferred internationally.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email to account administrators and reflected in the “last updated” date above.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to support@baronx.co.uk or through our Contact page.
